These Terms of Service ("Terms")constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") andFirstStepAI. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by theseTerms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You must be at least 18 years old toregister for and use FirstStepAI. If you are accessing the platform on behalfof an entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind thatentity to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining theconfidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for allactivities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately ofany unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
All subscriptions are processed via Stripe.Fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on yourselected plan. FirstStepAI does not offer refunds unless there is a documentedservice failure. Subscription upgrades and downgrades can be managed throughthe user dashboard.
Our platform provides access to multiple AImodels (including GPT, Claude, Deepseek, and Grok). These tools providesuggestions and insights for guidance purposes only. Final decisions andimplementations are your sole responsibility.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive,non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell access to the platform withoutour explicit written permission.
You retain ownership of all content anddata you input or generate using the platform. However, you grant us anon-exclusive license to use anonymized data to improve our services andmodels.
You agree not to misuse the platform.Prohibited behaviors include: hacking, spreading malware, accessing accountswithout permission, reverse engineering any functionality, or using theplatform for illegal activities.
Your use of the platform is governed by ourPrivacy Policy. We employ encryption, secure storage, and access controls toprotect your data.
We reserve the right to modify, update, ordiscontinue any aspect of the service at any time. Significant changes will becommunicated through appropriate channels.
We may suspend or terminate your access tothe platform for violation of these Terms or conduct that threatens theintegrity or security of the system.
The platform and all related services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall FirstStepAI, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. All legal proceedings shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in New York.
